At Aran Woollen Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Irish knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
